Program ini memberi pendedahan kepada peserta tentang konsep asas halal di dalam Islam. Terdapat 4 modul di dalam program ini: Modul 1 - Industri Halal; Modul 2 - Konsep Halal dan Haram; Modul 3 - Sistem Pensijilan Halal Malaysia dan Modul 4 - Majlis Halal Malaysia. Di dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan berkenaan halal di dalam perniagaan, peserta di dedahkan tentang industri halal tempatan dan antarabangsa di dalam Modul 1. Kepentingan industri halal kepada negara juga diberi penekanan. Peserta akan didedahkan dengan konsep asap halal dan haram di dalam Modul 2. Bagi memahami prosedur dan keperluan permohonan sijil halal Malaysia, peserta di beri pengetahuan di dalam Modul 3 - Sistem Pensijilan Halal Malaysia. Halal Competency Program

This course is designed to facilitate Internal Halal Committee (IHC) members in a company in handling halal matters. As per order by JAKIM in MPPHM 2020 part IV under clause 17.12 (e) said Halal Competency Training must be conducted at least once in a 3 year to all IHC members that have been appointed officially by the management. It covers few topics such as shariah, Malaysia Halal Standards, Manual Procedure of Halal Certification Malaysia, Malaysia Halal Management System, Halal Law and also critical ingredients if needed.
