Course Prerequisite :
- Participants should hold at least Diploma Degree in the relevant discipline (Food Technology/ Food Science or any related industry ΓÇô Pharmaceutical, Logistics, Transportation/ Food Services)
- Have at least three (3) years of working experience in halal relates areas.

ΓÇó Assignment (Who?) ΓÇó Deadlines (When?) L3. Explain and Manage Halal Audit Meeting 1. Prepare well for the meeting 2. Written agenda ΓÇô conduct in structured and conducive manner 3. End of meeting ΓÇô all must understand what is required to achieve audit objectives L4. Identify minutes of meeting format 1. Known as protocol or informally, instants written record of a meeting or hearing taken during pre-audit meeting. 2. As evidence on all the statements of issues considered, responses and decisions for any issues discussed.
